referral procedure
This is Spark of Genius' Referral section. Below you will find a link to our referral form which includes referrals for Day School Education placements and for Residential Care placements.
The referral form is the first step in having a young person placed with Spark of Genius. Some important points to take note of:
Tick the appropriate box indicating what type of placement you wish for the young person.
